Leonie’s Caring is a family owned business.  We do our best to provide tailor made Support Work, and Support Coordination/Case Management & Client advisor for each of our beautiful clients that we work with. At Leonie’s Caring we believe not everyone is made to achieve the goals clients and their family require.  At Leonie’s Caring we do our best to provide a tailor made Service that the Client, the Support Worker & Nursing staff require, to make the team a successful and efficient team. We practice at Leonie’s Caring that the client along with their family members (pets or human) are all part of the client’s services provided. Leonie’s Caring prefer to have a minimum of two (2) support workers with each client & family, so if one support worker is sick or on time out/leave you have another person that you are familiar with, to come support each client & family.

Services we provide :

• Support Coordinator/Client Advisor to apply/submit any change of circumstances for NDIS, (network with), Case Manager for My Age Care.

• Domestic Support i.e.. House Cleaning including windows, walls, Meal plans, Cupboard cleans, cooking, Laundry.

• Yard work i.e.. Gardening, lawn, pool

• Transport i.e.. Shopping, outings, movies, Medical appointments (with a full written report for later reference).

• Medication Prompting

• Personal Care

• Assistance following medical & Physio directions

• Maintenance

• Clothes mending

• School homework

• Hydro assistance

• Spring cleans

• Gurney clean outside house and driveways etc.

• Building new Gardens

• Anything that your average Australia household could achieve we will do for you (within reason) and much more

• Shift notes for every shift that can be used for reports.

• Emergency call 24 / 7 and assistance for clients

• Leonie’s Caring along with Bright Horizons Coordination Support, also offer to assist people to get onto NDIS. This is free service both companies offer. Report expanses are the responsibility of the individual client. If you know of anyone we can help, we are happy to discuss with them or yourself.

We do pride ourselves in finding excellent therapists for our clients for their support, to enable them achieve their goals.

SIL’s Not NDIS registered for this service until our next audit later this year.

We are open to bring on new therapist so just ask and see what we can arrange, as networking agreement, as well as discussing other services that are required.

We Support our clients to be able to make the changes in their life, that will lead them towards achieving their goals, and living their best life.

Our office is based in the beautiful Mary Valley on the family property.  We operate remotely to the whole of Australia via zoom calls and phone calls.

Office hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (AEST) and available for emergency calls 24 hours a day.
